🔄 No Refunds on Completed Orders

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed and delivered.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • We fail to deliver the digitized file within the agreed turnaround time and no prior notice was given.
  • You did not receive the final files due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to provide them after confirmation.

✏️ Revisions & Corrections

We want you to be happy with your design! If the delivered file has:

  • Minor issues,
  • Missed specifications,
  • Or any error from our side,

We offer free revisions until you are satisfied — as long as the revision request is based on the original instructions provided.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds if:

  • You change your mind after placing an order.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete instructions.
  • You were expecting a different style or outcome not communicated in the original request.
  • You cancel the order after we have started work on it.
