These Terms & Conditions govern all use of dstdigitizing.com (and our order platform at dstdigitizing.net) and our embroidery digitizing services. By accessing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Services
DST Digitizing converts customer artwork, logos, and images into high-quality, machine-ready embroidery files. We offer:
- Custom Embroidery Digitizing
- Logo Digitizing
- Applique Digitizing
- 3D Puff Digitizing
- Patch Digitizing
- Monogram Digitizing
- Cap / Hat Digitizing
- Jacket-Back Digitizing
All designs are 100% manually digitized — we do not use auto-digitizing tools.
2. Ordering
- Submit your artwork and complete order specifications (size, placement, fabric type, and required file format) via our Get a Quote page.
- Ensure all information is accurate before checkout — incorrect specifications may affect turnaround time or require a revision.
- Turnaround begins after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is typically 4–12 hours depending on design complexity; Rush Delivery (4–8 hours) is available as a paid add-on.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is size-based: Standard Logo (up to 4.5″) starts at $10, Medium Logo (up to 8″) is $15, and Complex Designs (jacket backs, intricate/large-format work) start at $25+ with a confirmed quote before work begins.
- Add-ons include Live Image Design (+$5), Rush Delivery (+$5), and Vector Redraw for AI/PDF/SVG files (+$10).
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Full payment is required before file delivery.
- We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other secure payment methods. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; we do not store full card data.
4. Revisions
We provide unlimited revisions on your order until you’re satisfied, at no additional charge — provided requests stay within the original design brief (placement, size, fabric, and format specified at order time). Requests that introduce a new design direction, a different logo/artwork, or specifications outside the original order may be treated as a new order and quoted separately.
5. Refunds
All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
- You must own or have legal rights to use any artwork, logo, or image submitted for digitizing.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate copyright or trademark law.
7. Usage Rights
Digitized embroidery files (DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, EMB, and other supported formats) are licensed to you for your own embroidery production use. Resale or redistribution of our digitized files, in whole or in part, without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for production errors resulting from incorrect machine settings, unsupported hoop/fabric combinations, or misuse of delivered files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in dispute.
9. Privacy
Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site signifies acceptance of any changes.
